Fair Trade is important, rather than employing people in Third World countries as slave wages, companies that support Fair Trade are paying living wages and providing benefits to their employees. Those companies that support Fair Trade as a general rule also supports the Green initiative and renewable energy, plus find ways to care for the environment.
