To get started, simply contact me with details about the tasks you need help with, and I will provide a customized solution. After a brief consult I will draft the contract and fees for your signature. I will email via Adobe Sign.

6. How do I communicate with You?

You can communicate with me via email, phone, video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Team). It is easier to schedule a meeting time that will fit both our schedules. You may access my calendar here.

7. How much do Virtual Assistant services cost?

My rates depend on the services required, the complexity of tasks, and the number of hours needed. I offer both hourly rates and monthly retainer pricing. For an accurate quote, please contact me with a detailed description of your requirements, and I will provide a personalized pricing plan.

8. Are Virtual Assistant services confidential?

Yes! I take your privacy and business security seriously. All sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality. I am happy to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) if required, to ensure your business information remains secure. My contracts have a confidentiality clause written in as well.

9. Can I hire you on a part-time or full-time basis?

Yes! Whether you need help for a few hours a week or require full-time assistance, I offer flexible arrangements to fit your needs. I will work with you to determine the best schedule and support level for your business.

10. What if I’m not satisfied with the services provided?

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you’re not happy with the work, I will work with you to resolve any concerns and make adjustments. If I can’t meet your needs, you have the right to cancel my contract. If it is a project based pricing, you will be refunded, minus the time I have put in on the project. Most projects are set with at least three revisions. I make every effort to ensure your project is as you desire.

11. How do you ensure quality work?

I take pride in delivering high-quality work. I offer consultations to ensure that I am the right fit for your project needs. If it is a skill set I lack I will not take on the project. Regular feedback sessions, clear communication, and well-defined expectations help ensure that the work meets your standards.

12. Do you offer any ongoing support or maintenance services?

Yes! I offer both project-based and ongoing support services. Whether you need regular assistance or a one-time project completed, I am here to help. I can provide continuous support for long-term projects, or be available as needed for tasks like social media management, customer service, or content updates.

13. What if I need urgent assistance?

I understand that sometimes urgent tasks arise. Please reach out to me and I will do my best to accommodate any urgent needs. I can offer expedited services based on availability, fees will be adjusted accordingly.
